Help, problem logging in

Hi guys, can anyone tell me wht to do?

im getting problem logging in. i click rappelz icon, then the start winow come click start, then game guard, then nothing happen, no rappelz, but my pc running busy,
cannot play now for 2 days.

yes thats right, wait a long time then rappelz start, maybe an hour,

Ohh, i read the forum, and all having problem in logging, and they have same anti virus AVG9, and my problem
started when i install AVG 9, ill try to unstall AVG 9 see wht happen, i think this is the coz.

My AVG works just fine,t he only issue I had was to deactivate the bloody firewall. ^^
