Failed Pets

Tamed another wolf yesterday, and gave it to my good friend Cush who has wanted one for a long time!

failed a yeti and got an e rp the next kill o.o

11 failed kentas today.

failed 4 genies then accidently attempted a skell with tpro in my inv which also failed

pretty much getting discouraged bcoz there are ppl who are taming genie with lvl 1 taming...
and there are ppl like me failing gnoll 24 times..

anyway i have already converted my gears to ruppee...

Honestly, ppl kid themselves into some pretty stupid situations. Going all in with 18 attempts on a gnoll and then quitting when it fails all... I'm not trying to be mean, but you surely knew you had a pretty good chance of making yourself very disappointed before you started that, right?

pretty much no one in this world will be happy about fails even if they knew they will fail for sure... And it will take time to regain the hope again...

hehe i can garantee yall that i've had less than 20 taming attempts ever - bcuz i've always been afraid to throw money down the drain just for a chance to get a tamed pet for a cheaper price than buying 1 as a freshie. every single pet i have is either still empty, or been traded for. the only two pets that did successfully tame (besides a few npc pets) was a bp sometime in may 2008, and an rp around august 2009 xD

at least i know how fail i am to try failing more :s

hehe even i learned good lesson from this
putting everything on something which we are not sure we will get or not
kind of rebuilding my money to try buy a 13x hwky xD

I failed my first 3 angels before I dated bez thinking it'd tame because eggo tamed 1/3! BIIG disappointment I had that day.
When I tried our 17 angels, i started sobbing after the 10th lol because wellyea I was a big CS User, 400$ in those empties LOL
that story turned out good in the end.

But then we wanted a kent because it was bez's fav pet, mine was the angel, we failed 20 in row and bez only logged on twice since then, later on I failed 5 more. After all those fails I never had more then 2mil at all times... I relied too much on the tame because the angel tamed on 12th, but it could work 20 times and fail 20 times, which happend.

So my advice is, don't give up and ALWAYS expect it to fail, so when it works you'll be happier then ever and if it fails, well you could see it comming.

I found a couple of empty hawks when I was still in that level range. Tried to tame 3 of those, which all failed. I never bothered trying to get a high tier pet again and I'm happy with my orc

Here's a suggestion:

Try budgeting the rupees you have for t-pro.. or figuring out how much you wanna allocate to taming a certain pet. With a little self control and time, figuring out what to do with your money can really keep you from feeling completely broke after spending so much by relying on luck.

Back when my pets were tamed, and should've always stayed the same, we didn't have tpros.

Tbh I don't like the tpros =/

i dont know if yall know this, just is case... t-pros wont stay as perm items in cs!!! woooootttt (wonder if thats not a marketing strategy to cause massive compulsive purchasings of t-pros while they still are perm items), so for those who are planning on taming WD and such... well try to get the most u can =P gl!
