Forum PvP Rules:


Sign Up Sheet:
There is a simple sign up sheet that you should reply to if you want to let people on the forum know you want to PvP. If you have SPECIAL RULES to PvP (no chips, etc.) then you must post these in your reply or they will not be honored.
To REGISTER with the forums, you must register your main character's in-game name.


Matches:
- To have a PvP match, fight in a duel or agreed PKon match against another player.
- One player from the match must report this as a new thread. Use the name "ZooZoo>Zoek", for instance if ZooZoo won vs. Zoek.
- Only one player must report the match, no double posting.
- Reporting is on the honor system. Abuse and get kicked. Screenshot any abuse.


Points Ranking:
- All players start with 50 points.
- Gain points by defeating players or teams in PvP matches.
- Lose points by being pwnt.


Outcomes:
- Win vs. Higher PvP Rank AND +10 levels: You gain +10 points, they lose -10 points.
- Win vs. Higher PvP Rank OR +10 levels: You gain +3 points, they lose -3 points.
- Win vs. Lower PvP Rank OR -10 levels: You gain +1 point, they lose -1 point.
- Win vs. Lower PvP Rank AND -10 levels: You gain +1 point, they lose -0 point.

Team Match Outcomes:
- Win vs. Higher PvP Rank team (sum of ranks): Your team gains +10 points, they lose -10 points.
- Win vs. Lower PvP Rank team: Your team gains +5 points, they lose -5 points.


PvP Rules:
- Single matches use the PvP duel system OR players go PKon.
- Teams matches require all players of both sides to PKon.
- If you have SPECIAL RULES to PvP, you must post those in your Sign Up Sheet reply. It's your job to make sure your opponent knows about these rules before the match starts.
- No special rules for team PvP.


Match Judgement (PvP Admins only):
Any forum admin may modify your PvP score for you if you have reported a match.
Admins -- to modify this ranking:
Log into "Admin Control Panel" at the bottom of the page.
Click "Modules"
Under "Role-Playing Game" on the left side, click "Character Sheets"
Click the gear icon next to a player's name to edit his Character Sheet preferences.
Set the appropriate points.
Reply to the Match Outcome topic when you have adjusted both players' points.

and also would it be possible to bring external people in tht we know and get on well with to hold a ranking system for a comunity of players areound each lvl so im just getting battered by all of destiny ill get battered by different people aswell

Anyone may play the PvP system. So feel free to invite anyone to it.

i also think we should creat another part to the forum then call it like PVP league or someat.

hm.. I'll have the disadvantage here. No one is near my lvl.

What if you can't find people to duel against you?
Maybe there should be a chart and make a little tournament so maybe you can't refuse to duel.
Else I can cheat to earn point pretty quickly if it's not a legit fight (e.g. LF someone throw a duel for 10+ times).

Yeah, there isn't really a good way to have a 150+ fight 139- to have it be a fair match for the lower person. You should try to get some 145+ duelers in here Arine. There are a few people who can fight them already and it will give you some decent competition.

I'm thinking of some variants that could be fun for higher levels.

Rapid fire duel -- 1 hour on the weekend planned for the pvp fest.
During this time, everyone meets at the arena.
If anyone challenges you to a duel you have to accept, regardless of level, being ready or not, etc.
This way, lower levels have a chance to fight a higher level while they are hurt from a previous duel and clean up some easy points.

Obviously teams dueling would be a way for higher level players to fight lower level ones because your average level has to match. So, 150+130 = 140+140 as even teams.

If you have any other simple variants that would be easy to pull off, let me know.
