too bad they dont choose Robert Englund to make again the role of Freddie Krueger, guess is too old now =P, but it looks scary enough like to wacht it ^^

I think they ruined Freddy's reputation when they did the Freddy Vs Jason film. Freddy doesnt have that much impact on me anymore because of his somewhat comical and pathetic portrayal in that film.
Hope the new film brings back the character's charm.

the script was written for Wes Craven, but thats not any guarantee, he can do nice or shitty scripts =P but at least the original creator was who made the story for this remake =P
