they're pretty basic, kind of like orc or yeti, i only got mine to lvl 45 before i went on to try other pets and i havent seen any evo3s on the test server, most people prefer the WD and angels and harpies
as far as skills go it looks like any basic pet skill tree, taking out all the useless element passives

the weird thing is, on the KTS you buy the tamed pets from NPCs for ruppees, so you can try them out, but wolf... they have wolves in TI ..i thought that was a little weird that you can just get a wolf as a lvl5 nub (they have the same drop/tame rate as pantera /tort/chicken on the kts )

edit: i think they would be good for sins that use agi build, or any class that needs higher evasion , since thats their belt/unity, their str seems kinda weak compared to orc or skell
