Something in the Rappelz patch notes for Nov. 3rd maintenance---
Three Year Anniversary event added: Item pieces will drop from monsters in the world and broken armor will drop from dungeon bosses. Combine these items with each other or with Unit Cards to get cubes, pet cards, and more!
