Everyone wants the 2 minutes in a room with him. He'd be PKed into the middle of next week. On the Rappelz forum, for awhile 95% of reported posts had to do with the squonkamatic!

As a result of the GM's blatant efforts to conceal the truth, woulc you have any objections if I posted this on the forum for my guild, also forwarded it to other guild leaders with whom I am good friends with??

A couple of peeps in the guild I'm in on Lydian is also talking about this. Also got a PM this morning from someone on the Rappelz board calling Gala-Net the "Galaban" as a take off of the Taliban.

ok well i sent it to AfterLife leader to post in their main thing, i put it in Astral ,Kejo, EuroFighters and another guild's forums for all to see xD

With the current economy, it is odd to see company like Galanet would still have such poor customer service. It is not like the game has seen that much new content to keep things interesting. I am sure if ZooZoo did not a scene of it, Fria would have never gotten the tamed angel back. Good job, ZooZoo!

they have worked really hard though in giving people "gpots" through various means (signing up for programs, etc). and ohh i love that "bill my parents" option for the cash shop lol

Funny thing many that delt with their billing dept have had bad experiences. I even did about a year ago...

haha just a few months ago i had some problems with their customer support relating to gpots. i even filed something at the BBB and gala-net never responded.

i think like most** other mmo companies they do not care about keeping customers happy. they probably know that people get bored of mmos and move on from game to game. so maybe there is no reason for them to keep long term customers satisfied when they could just spend more money trying to get newer customers to play. maybe that's where they get their real money from...
