Hi, can i join Destiny?

Hey. I was wondering if i could join Destiny.
I have only been in guilds that never do siege. And thats kind of boring.
So I want to join a guild who does siege and have some members around my lvl, so we can make guild dp's.
I am a 82 Battle Summoner.

If u dont siege, I dont wanna join.
Dps are the only think i can do on rappelz no. there are no quest and i cant just go around and pk pp. thats why i want to join a guild who does sige. pvp without WRATH and getting evil...
